What we do

Who we work for

Houses and the businesses down the road.

New-build tracts, older ranch homes and 55+ communities on one side; shops, offices, clinics and restaurants along Newport Road and Haun Road on the other. Two pages, two kinds of service.

110° days

Why the house won't hold 72° when it's 110° out.

On the hottest afternoons, even a healthy system runs flat out and the house can drift a few degrees above the setting. That is often normal — but sometimes it is a fault. Our guide explains the difference, and what to do in the meantime.

A service call

Four steps, every visit.

  1. We listen

What it's doing, since when, and what you've already tried.

  2. We test

Electrical parts, refrigerant, airflow and drains — measured, not guessed.

  3. We price it

The fault and the fix, in writing, before any work starts.

  4. We prove it

The system is run and checked again before we leave.

Questions

What people ask us.

My AC runs all afternoon and the house is still 80°. Is it broken?

Not necessarily. On a 110° afternoon a healthy system may run non-stop and the house can drift above the setting. Warm air from the vents, ice on the pipes or short cycling are signs of a real fault. Our 110° guide explains the difference.

Do you give the price before the repair?

Yes. We find the fault, explain it and price the repair in writing before any work starts. You decide.

How often should the system be serviced here?

Once a year for most homes, in spring before the heat. Heat pumps that also heat the house benefit from a second visit in the fall.

Do you work on commercial rooftop units?

Yes. Shops, offices, clinics and restaurants, with work scheduled around trading hours and maintenance plans with a report per unit.
